What do you mean, Those who are having problems with their magicjacks probably do so because they do not know how to properly use it? You plug it in too your usb port then follow on screen instructions and that's it...If people are having problems it is more than likely a problem coming from the product, the hardware and the software installed in the unit itself, I mean your video shows how easy it is to use it, even those that are computer illiterate can figure this out...

My wife and I snowbird between our two homes in Oregon and in Manila, Philippines. We have been using Magicjack for a while now and have no problems. It works great for us. Those who are having problems with their magicjacks probably do so because they do not know how to properly use it

Its not free maybe a year and half ago but it cost money to use skype now to call lanlines and cell phones if they have skype to its free but mose people I talk to are not sitting next to there computer

Why would anyone get this? There is a program called Skype and it's free...All you need is a gamers headset, you know the headphones with an attached Microphone that you plug into your usb port and then you can call anywhere in your country for free...End of story...

This thing screwed me good. I put the number on biz cards and used with clients and it just died completely. Still have not received a refund. CHECK THE BBB WEBSITE....there are tons of complaints. Don't buy one!
