fuses would be good where the guitar cords meet the romex.. unless of course the charge controller is fused on the 12 volt line out side. bettter safe than sorry. even though it's low voltage it can be nasty if by chance they somehow short out. like i said nice install..

No fuses on the guitar cords. I think that would be a great idea.I do have one really close to the battery. Thanks for your helpful comment.

$1 a watt? Where?? I'm sure there are plenty of people that would like to know.

1. This IS NOT a DIY video. a DIY video would be actually making a solar cell, not just installing a commercial product.2. You got taken for! 50 watts for $200? Wow! There are plenty of places that sell for close to $1 per watt. Not a good price.

Great video! It's simple and efficient. It encouraged me to implement it in my house.

Thank you, that was very informative. Wouldn't it be great one day to get a check from the power company?

Go to ebay and look or ask for special bargain.

Thankyou for giving me the price idea. Do you know, if I can buy the solar panel only? if yes, how much? I have inverter, lights etc much cheaper. |
